traveling with my my husband and two dogs huskies . The spacious rooms and equipped kitchen was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a notch above a lot of the free breakfast that we have had on our 7000 mile plus journey so far and even better we need to walk the dogs 3 miles in the morning and we found a lovely wild flower planted Erie Lackawanna multiple mile trail that situated under powerlines leading directly out of the three Marriott properties that are right off the highway that we’re traveling on so couldn’t ask for much more.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service during my recent stay. I was charged multiple times for what was supposed to be a one-night stay. My card shows charges of $160, $150, $20, and $1, and then an additional charge of $152. Being charged this many times for one night is unacceptable. When I tried speaking with management to resolve the issue, they were unable to help or provide a clear explanation for the charges, which made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, the front desk service was extremely unprofessional. The middle-aged Hispanic woman working the desk was very rude and was on her phone the entire time while attempting to check me in. She did not greet customers as they came in, and she also failed to acknowledge guests who came down for breakfast. Basic customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. I am requesting a full review of these charges and an immediate refund for any incorrect or duplicate payments. I would also appreciate a prompt response explaining why these charges occurred.
